Avery Christy

Avery Christy is a full-time writer and outdoorsman with over 30 years of experience in both matters. He is a former journalist with 15 years of experience. He has written and published hundreds of historical, anthropology and archeology articles. When not writing, he can be found deep in the Rockies, most likely during winter blizzards, with camera in hand. He is a writer who has bled, sweated, suffered and sacrificed for his chosen path, been on many adventures and witness to many wonders, all of which he integrates into the stories he tells.

Following in the footsteps of Robert Howard and Louis L'Amour, Christy's first fantasy action/adventure series, the Mountain Lords Series, is set in the American West and integrates medieval-era technology and culture with that of the Old West.
